The reason why you’re overweight can be put to your food intake per day. This means the wrong food, wrong type of calories per day and eating at wrong intervals per day. Food is more powerful than any weight loss prescription pills. You don’t get fat because of lack of exercise, thats a myth. Ok, so exercise can add to a healthier heart, but it really boils down to eating the right food at the right time of the day.
Think of your body as like a engine. You feed it certain foods at certain intervals everyday. If you don’t eat the right foods at intervals, then it won’t burn those calories. These calories are then stored as fat tissues.
