<p>This is a little different from other weight loss programs that I&#8217;ve come across, in that it puts you in control of the whole <em>weight loss</em> process. From the food you should eat to the times you should eat and also covers a fitness program. <p>My friend Grant and I set ourselves a 12 week program with both trying to achive the 100kg mark. I started with 116kg, and Grant at 130kg.
